Dylan Scott was introduced into the mortgage industry at an early age by his farther, who was a loan officer for over 25 years.  The training, mentoring, and grooming Dylan received from his father over many years was an incredible blessing, and built the foundation for Dylan’s career as a mortgage expert.

Learning this business from a former CPA and Personal Financial Planner, Dylan saw the tremendous impact proper mortgage planning has on financial goals and wealth creation.  This encouraged Dylan to become a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist so he could provide this guidance to his clients, and help them achieve generational wealth that can come from real estate.

In the Scott Family, homeownership is a way of life.  Dylan’s parents purchased multiple homes in their twenties and encouraged Dylan to do so.  By the age of 29, Dylan had gone through the mortgage process four (4) times, personally, having bought his first house in 2013, doing a cash out refinance in 2016, and buying more real estate in 2017 and 2018. 

Dylan has successfully helped over 1,000 families with their mortgage needs, whether purchasing a new home or refinancing their existing home.  Team Scott earned top 1% of all loan originators nationwide in 2013 and has been awarded the 5 Star Mortgage Professional Award numerous times.
