Kristy Osborn

Amazing, worked to make it easy on us, accessible and prompt, so helpful and professional, Kristy is great at what she does, very knowledgeable and it was all about us, she was very patient” just a few of the comments from homebuyers that have worked with Kristy on their mortgage to purchase their home!

Born in Dallas, Kristy is a fourth generation Dallasite!  She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.  Settling in Dallas after short stints living in California and Austin, Texas, she always says she is a wife and mother first! She has had the privilege of celebrating 20+ years of marriage and is the proud mom of two girls.  Her oldest daughter is at Texas State University – Go Bobcats! And her youngest is at Garland High School.  As she nears the next stage of life, “empty nesting”, she realizes life is about to change again.

Her experience as a former Realtor® and Escrow Officer means she understands all aspects of the home purchase process.  She uses her ambidextrous industry experience to ensure both the agent and the client are given exceptional service and communication.  Her transition to the lending side was spurred by her desire to be closer to the home buyer and to  guide them through the process of achieving home ownership. Kristy says, “it is hard to describe the fulfillment of helping a borrower purchase their first home or transition to their dream home.”

Kristy believes strongly in giving back to her community and has served in many organizations and roles over the years to accomplish that.  From organizations such as Share Our Strength, her local church, to her industry associations and currently her work with Life Message and Life Message Women’s League.  She finds a sense of joy in helping others.  To that end, her job is the perfect marriage between the joy of helping others and the means to do so by assisting them in the largest purchase most Americans will make in their lifetime.
